The Project

HCL Technologies is a leading global IT services company, working with clients in the areas that impact and redefine the core of their businesses. HCL leverages its extensive global offshore infrastructure and network of offices in 26 countries to provide holistic, multi-service delivery in key industry verticals. Saving energy is one of the prime areas of corporate social responsibility that HCL believes in and practices diligently. For their new campus at Manesar, they wanted a lighting partner who can provide products which are energy efficient and offer lowest possible light power density.

The Solution

Philips proposed a combination of LED & T5 based lighting solutions, based on the client’s requirement. LED lighting offers a solution that is flexible, energy-efficient, easy-to-upgrade and maintain. Philips installed Sereno lighting fixtures at workstation areas, down lights at corridors and Roadstar LED streetlights at outdoor areas. The good thing about these lighting products is that they are good looking and offer visual comfort to employees at work, which helps in improving the overall ambience.
