The Project

Arun Excello, one of the leading real estate developers from South India was developing Estancia, Chennai’s 1st Integrated Township. They were looking for a lighting partner who could provide complete range of lighting solutions including streetlights, landscape and ambient lighting solutions.

The Solution

Philips Lighting Design Team worked with the Arun Excello Team and lighting consultant, and proposed a range of lighting solutions. Based on the discussions, Arun Excello finally chose Philips lighting solutions consisting of Broadway streetlights, Regina post tops, Cressida wall light and low height bollards.
